Pop-Up Health provides personalised, high-quality in-home healthcare services across metropolitan Adelaide, helping clients live safely and independently at home.

As part of the fast-growing Lumia Care Group, we combine local experience with national capability to deliver clinically governed aged care, disability support, and community nursing services.

Support at Home

Support at Home is here. Get nurse-led care at home with government funding, personalised to your needs by Pop-Up Health.

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

If you’re mostly able to care for yourself but could use some assistance with day-to-day tasks, CHSP may be a good option for you.

NDIS Community Services

We work with each client's circumstances and our caring staff are always inclusive, and responsive to individuals.

Hospital In The Home (HITH)

HITH and acute programs aim to provide flexible, person centred care for patients within their home.

Brokerage and Private Services

We help you to stay in your own home and we can provide short-term or long-term care, depending on your situation.

Veteran Home Care (VHC)

VHC improves overall health and autonomy by preventing hospital admissions and the need for potential residential care.

Custodial Nursing

Pop-Up Health Registered Nurses are stationed within the custodial complexes where they assess and treat detainees and police officers as required.

Nursing Clinical Placements

Pop-Up Health has a range of in-house training opportunities to further upskill during the student's nursing placement.
